  • The best way to know is to give it a try! You can book a free 30 minute exploration call to get all your questions answered, and see if our partnership feels like the right fit for you.

    Sometimes people know right away after a 30 minute session, and are ready to book! But I fully recognize and expect that some people will need more time or additional meetings. I honor your decision making process.

    These are important commitments for both of us, so we will speak as much as needed beforehand so we can decide if our partnership is the correct one for you!

  • The philosophy:
    Money is one way we choose ourselves. It’s a way of saying I’m worthy of this change, and I trust myself to follow-through on creating the exact change I want in my life.

    I encourage all my clients to ask themselves: what would need to be true for this to be the absolute best investment I could make for myself? 

    The details:
    I generally work in multi-month package engagements. This type of framework allows my clients to get the most out of our time together. Throughout our engagement, I am fully committed to helping you create the change you desire in your life.

    Below are some pricing examples, but the investment is different depending on structure and length of time.

    You and I will create the structure together based on the change you want to create. I always invite you to be open with me about your needs, and we’ll create a framework that is great for both of us.

    1 month payment with four 60 minute sessions: $600

    1 month payment for two 30 minute sessions: $150

    This is purely to give you a general range of investment. There are many different structures we can create together, and we will work to find the one that suits you perfectly.

    This includes possible additions like Voice Message Coaching or my monthly membership in Sanctum.

    Any engagement can be paid for up-front or in installments.

  • This is a beautiful option for people who desire more small-touch support throughout each day, or who want to be able to receive guidance anywhere, anytime.

    Imagine receiving wisdom while you are out on a walk, immersed in nature. Imagine being able to ask a question exactly in the thick of what is challenging you.

    Telegram (free to download and use) is the voice messaging app we use.

    You can message me on Telegram at anytime during the day. I typically reply within 1-3 hours, but 24 hours at the absolute most.

    Telegram coaching on its own (outside of a package) is $333/month.

    If you are already an existing client, ask me about my client rate.

  • You can use the “Book Now” link in the navigation bar. This will take you to a Calendly booking page.

    I accept payment through Venmo or any major credit card. We’ll discuss which is better for you after booking.

    You can choose 15, 30, or 60 minute sessions. For couples coaching, email me to learn about 1.5 hour sessions.

    I always invite you to be open with me about your needs, and we’ll work something out that is great for both of us. Owning our needs and desires is an important part of any coaching process. 😊

  • Sessions are generally held remotely via Zoom or Google Meet.

    Or, if you live in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, and would like to meet in person, I have shared access to a beautiful healing room.

    We can also arrange week-long intensives in person. Just ask!

  • Coaching is a creative partnership between you and me. I genuinely welcome your needs and desires. If you want to work with me, but don’t see the structure you need, let me know, and I’m sure we can create something brand new.
