If you are ready to make a commitment to yourself, you can see significant change in an 8-12 session block, with weekly or bi-monthly meetings.

What is coaching helpful for?
Coaching is useful for anyone who is ready to grow in their self-awareness (body, mind, heart, and spirt), and who wants to unleash their creative life force by living their truth.
Working within a coaching space can facilitate growth, alignment, clarity, acceptance, and peace. It can open you to new possibilities, and help with emotional, spiritual, physical, and practical changes.
I coach with a somatic focus, meaning we let your body share it’s wisdom too. We ground, we feel, we listen. I support you as you integrate through practical action.

We all develop habits to keep ourselves safe in the world. And often, we reach a point where those patterns are no longer serving us. An example of my own is the habit of squashing my own needs for those of others. Coaching can be a space to unwind old habits and create new ones that serve you and help you heal.

After over a decade in the engineering and tech industry, I am intimately familiar with the confronting challenges of leadership, especially as a woman. I can support you in living your values at work, facing your insecurities, responding instead of reacting, and delivering effective feedback, in order to be a grounded and authentic leader.

It can be so difficult to discern your own truth amongst daily responsibilities, media input, external pressures, and life-long conditioning. If you know you need to make a change, but aren’t sure of the direction, a coaching space could be helpful.

While coaching is a wonderful container for change, sometimes we don’t know what direction we need to go, and just need to be seen and accepted, exactly as we are in a moment, with no expectation for change yet. For many clients, this is where we start.
