Why Sanctum? A Sanctum is a sacred place of transformation. It represents, to me, being held in evolution. Like a womb. Like a seed. It’s the change you want at the speed that feels correct for your system — in an environment that is at once deeply supportive, as well as catalyzing and transformational.
I’ve always been a dreamer and idealist. I’ve always loved to (and been asked by Life to) push my own limits. I’ve never fit into the molds offered to me, though I spent years trying.
This is the space I wish I had 20 years ago. A place to remember our true selves. A place to come to our senses, literally, as in to become more embodied. It is one of my greatest joys to serve this community and it is my intent that this community is the answer to your unspoken prayer.

And what your peers are working on will catalyze, uplift, inspire, and alchemize you too.

Each Month You’ll Receive:
1.5 hour Community call via Zoom (live and recorded). In each call, you’ll receive high-impact and relevant teachings that will support your individual path, opportunities for live coaching, embodiment practices to truly integrate the learnings, as well as deep connection with incredible peers
One group telegram coaching event/month (2 hours of open access for your questions, pop in and out at your leisure, from anywhere)

We meet on Zoom the second Thursday* of each month from 6:30-8pm EST from July through December 2025. These sessions are live and recorded.
The 2 Hour Live Telegram Coaching will be held on the last Friday of each month from 11am-1pm EST.
There will very likely be additional ways to connect and receive support depending on what comes alive in the group!
You can schedule your included 1:1 session directly with me anytime during the month. These sessions do not roll-over from month to month.

The minimum amount you can sign up for is 3 months of Sanctum.
If you choose to continue after these 3 months, your subsequent payments will be prorated.
