Terms of Service

By submitting payment, you agree to the following:

• I confirm that I undertake this coaching and/or virtual masterclass with Open Hearts Coaching of my own free will, and that I take full responsibility for my own physical & psychological well-being at all times.

• I agree to taking full responsibility for my entire spectrum of feelings, and anything else surfaced within me or my life

• I agree that Open Hearts Coaching / Courtney Johnson are not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result occurring during our partnership or after purchasing a virtual masterclass. 

• I understand that if I am currently undergoing any form of treatment from a physician, psychiatrist or psychologist, which may affect my experience, it is my responsibility to inform said persons and obtain their agreement that I am fit to watch this masterclass, and/or work with Open Hearts Coaching and Courtney Johnson.

• I understand that no refunds can be provided, but if I am unhappy with my product or service, I am encouraged to bring my concerns to Courtney’s attention so she may work with me to find a suitable path forward.

• I agree to not threaten or take legal action against Courtney Johnson or Open Hearts Coaching in the case that I am unsatisfied with Courtney, the program I purchased or the company. I consent to waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue Courtney Johnson or Open Hearts Coaching, for any physical, material, tangible or intangible, loss or damages that may happen to me during or after my participation in coaching or virtual masterclasses.

• I understand that I accept full responsibility and liability for any personal injury related to participating in any/all activities being conducted by Courtney Johnson and will not hold her or Open Hearts Coaching responsible.

Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this site are the exclusive property of Courtney Johnson and Open Hearts Coaching or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States of America.

• I agree that I have carefully read and completely understood all the above terms, and that my payment to Courtney Johnson constitutes a full and binding agreement to the above terms and conditions.
