What is Transform?

With a focus on a complete team*, the Transform process will level-up your team’s productivity and fulfillment through transformative communication. This process invites team-members to look inward at their beliefs and behaviors, allowing them to show up differently, communicate more effectively, and proactively contribute to team harmony and productivity. Through this process, your employees work through challenges and raise their self-awareness in order to achieve greater efficacy in their work and their lives. 

*Any team can benefit from this process. Maybe it’s your team of middle managers, a UX or engineering team, a cross-functional software team, or an entire founding team.

How does it work?

After many years in management, I saw that most employees really long to be cared for as humans. In this process, I develop a true partnership with each team-member, built on safety and trust. I work to understand their challenges, beliefs, habits, and values, and create a space that enables each person to feel safe, take brave steps, and grow in a way that serves both them and their company.

The Transform framework is thoughtfully tailored for each individual, and customized depending on the needs of the business, person, and team. We can develop one or two key focus areas such as leadership, communication, management, productivity, or a role specific need.

The process can include 360-feedback at the beginning, 3-4 months of individual weekly or bi-weekly coaching, and 360-feedback at the end to evaluate growth and impact. Other types of coaching like conflict mediation or team group-coaching sessions can be added as needed. I will work with you to create the best framework for your team’s needs.

    Transform calls team-members to look inward at their beliefs, motivations, and resulting behaviors. With awareness and compassion, we create the space to change how team members show up each day to better serve themselves and their teams.
