We all develop habits to keep ourselves safe in the world. And often, we reach a point where those patterns are no longer serving us, especially in relationship. Coaching can be a space to unwind old habits and create new ones that serve you and help you heal.

After over a decade in the tech industry, I am intimately familiar with the confronting challenges of leadership, especially as a woman. I can support you in living your values at work, facing your insecurities, responding instead of reacting, and delivering effective feedback, in order to be an authentic & fulfilled leader.
Exploring Your Truth
It can be so difficult to discern your own truth amongst daily responsibilities, media input, external pressures, and life-long conditioning. If you know you need to make a change, but aren’t sure of the direction, a coaching space could be helpful.
While coaching is a wonderful container for change, sometimes we don’t know what direction we need to go, and just need to be seen and accepted, exactly as we are in a moment, with no expectation for change yet. For many clients, we begin there.

Many people love the spaciousness and exploration of a 60 minute session. But sometimes 30 minutes is all you need. Such a container allows us to really focus on the most important topic at hand.

If you are unsure of how many sessions you’d like, you can book them as you go. One-off sessions are great for as-needed processing, discovery, or focusing on a big decision.

Maybe you can tell you’re ready for growth or change – at work, in a relationship, with yourself – and could use support. Four sessions can be perfect container within which to see change.

If you are ready to make a commitment to yourself, you can see significant change in an 8-12 session block, with weekly or bi-monthly meetings.

This includes one standard 60-minute session as well as daily Voxer messages for 30 full days. I check messages twice each day M-F. This is great for someone desiring daily support or just needs a break from video calls. Email me for this offer.
